Today I wanted to share one of the most frequently asked questions involving leadership and performance that I get all of time. the question is how is it that I always have a lot of energy, a great attitude, and love to smile?
The answer is simple. It’s a choice and that’s what I choose to do every day of my life no matter what. People often say that I make it look easy but the truth is that I have been practicing day after day and year after year so engrained in my body and has become apart of who I am. I’m not perfect and I definitely get off track sometimes just like the others in this world.
The good news is that you going to learn exactly one of the strategies that I have used over and over again to increase my leadership and performance levels as well as hundreds and even thousands of others as well in the video below.
The Quickest Way To Increase Leadership and Performance
As you heard in this leadership and performance video, it really comes down deciding what you are going to focus on each day. You can focus on the positive things going on in your life or you can focus on the negative. Unfortunately, most people focus on the negative black parts of their life. Its very easy to move in this direction because this is what is being focused on a lot in this world.
If you turned on your television right now you would notice that most of it is negative. Pick up a newspaper and right on the front page you’ll find without a doubt in my mind, the most negative thing that happened the day prior its printing.
You have to do everything in your power to help you control your focus. We can do this by paying attention to who we talk to, what we read, what we watch on television, who we hang out with, etc. The thing that is most important about this that I don’t think I mentioned in the video is that whatever we focus on expands and compounds.
Positive thoughts attract positive things and negative thoughts attract negative things into our lives. It can work against us or we can use it to our advantage but at the end of the day the choice is ours. I was very fortunate to learn this early on but it didn’t happen until after years of frustration and struggle.
It works both ways every time from what I have seen in my experiences and you can start today by choosing what you’re going to focus on right now.
