ABOUT ROB MOORE

Rob Moore is not your average speaker. He grew up in a challenged environment from day one. He had very few positive role models and felt like he had no purpose. There was something inside of him that wanted to do great things but was overwhelmed by the negativity of his surroundings.

Refusing to settle for where he was and where that path lead he knew that there had to be more. However, after going through many challenges in high school, Rob turned his life around.

During a pivotal conversation with his mother he discovered that it was only him who had the power to create the life he wanted. So he took what he had at the time and decided to do the best he could with it.

Determined to break loose from his current circumstances and get on the path to success, he decided to Show Up, Step Out, & Shine on a daily basis. Shortly afterwards, Rob went from working as a part-time seafood clerk to the position of store manager running one of the top five stores for a major supermarket chain of approximately 120 stores that averaged just under one million dollars per week in revenue.

Rob was able to enjoy a thriving career in Corporate America because of his LEADERSHIP SKILLS, belief in people, unshakable positive attitude, hunger for success, and efforts towards striving for excellence. Now he has created the “Show Up, Step Out, & Shine” system that consists of a 3-step formula for success that Rob now shares as an inspiring message that students, employees, organization members can relate to.

Rob has dedicated himself to helping others realize their potential much faster than he did. He shows people how to develop leadership skills that will ultimately turn them into leaders who will SHINE. He shares stories from his journey with in a way that is practical not theory. He tells it like it is.

By the time Rob is done speaking, the people in your organization will have better attitudes, be more focused, have a stronger desire to work harder, daily attendence will increase, and the overall culture will be impacted in a positive way.

His connection with his audiences doesn’t stop at the end of the presentation because he provides several avenues for ongoing Mentorship. For starters, he has written several books in the areas of Leadership, Motivation, and Success.
